Serendipity Events will join in the fun approximately 4-6 weeks from the big day to assist with vendor management, timeline creation, and of course, the rehearsal and day-of coordination!

We introduce to you Serendipity's newest service, created to help the bride who is looking for guidance on vendor recommendations and assistance with initial reach out. We have worked with the best of the best and have an amazing portfolio of preferred vendors that we partner with. We'll take care of reaching out for availability and pricing, and then prepare a vendor presentation to help narrow down your options! From there, you will have the opportunity to meet with each vendor and decide who you feel the most connected to for playing a part in your special day.
