Here’s a quick overview of how our bridal consignment process works:

1. Evaluation & Pricing:
We carefully assess each gown based on brand, condition, age, style, and market demand. We are currently accepting gowns in new or gently used condition that have been cleaned, and are at max 3-5 years old, depending on style. (Older styles can be submitted and accepted as "vintage" pending review.) Please note, the max price of our consignment collection is $1,500.

2. Consignment Term:
There is no term requirement or expiration. You are welcome to pick up your items at any time. While your item(s) are at Serendipity, they will be professionally displayed and marketed to potential buyers. Serendipity even covers the cost for advertising online and social media!
 

3. Payout:
Payment is issued upon sale of the dress, and is up to 50% of the final sale price. Payments are issued 7–10 business days after the sale, and are based on the pre-sales tax amount.
 

4. Handling & Liability: 
While we take great care with every gown, please note that customers will try on dresses and minimal wear may occur. Secondhand Serendipity does not carry insurance for consigned items, so items are consigned at your own risk.​
